I called in to see if a truck was still available that I had seen on Landers website. The truck was on the lot, but the keys were nowhere to be found. I got a call from Dale stating he had found the keys and he was ready to meet me to show the truck. I drive from Conway to see this truck, as it was the best deal I had seen advertised online within 100 miles, and was impressed, but as I sat there, one of my friends from a competing dealership reached out to let me know that he had a truck with slightly more options, lower miles, and had it for a better price. I told Dale about it, and he came back and informed me that they weren’t going to get beat by those guys, and that he was going to give me a brand new truck for the same price that the comped was offering for their used one. The truck Dale brought to me was optioned out and had everything that someone could possibly need and more in a vehicle. He worked with me to get the deal that I wanted, not the deal that would make him the most money, and not the deal that 99.9% of dealerships would offer. He gave me a hassle free, and almost fun buying experience, and I will continue to go to Dale as long as he is selling vehicles, and I am buying vehicles. He does a great job of not making you feel like a customer, or like you are being sold to. He makes you feel like he’s there to get you into what you want, and at the price you’re looking for. He’s not only a good salesman, but someone that should be a prized asset in any business. When I got to the finance department, Jeremy, the manager of the finance department was working late to get the deal through, even though it was after closing hours. He made sure that the deal was secured and was even patient when some complications came with the insurance company I had on transferring from my old car to my new truck. All around one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, and I will continue to buy my vehicles, new or used from Landers because of it. More
