I brought my Pacifica in for an oil changed and wasn't met in the bay by anyone. I had to walk into the office to be acknowledged. The service rep took my keys and directed me verbally to the waiting lo met in the bay by anyone. I had to walk into the office to be acknowledged. The service rep took my keys and directed me verbally to the waiting location. I received a text telling me my car was ready and when I returned to the office the keys hadn't been delivered yet. I waited another 10 minutes until the keys were returned and the paperwork was given to the person who completed the sale. My car was not pulled back into the bay so I didn't have to walk in the rain to the car which was parked half way across the parking lot. When I arrived to the car the plastic seat cover was still on the seat and the paper floor mat was still in place. I returned to the office and asked the service rep about the situation. She seemed annoyed that I returned and told me that "sometimes the oil change guys leave that stuff in the car". I also asked for the car to be pulled up so I didn't have to walk all the way back out to the car in the rain. She then walked back into the office as she had nothing else to say to me and the car was pulled up to the bay but left outside in the rain again. I did not feel like I was valued for being there that day and frankly disrespected. More

The Salesman named " Harry Smith II" was great. He showed me every car and SUV I had an interest in. The only negative part of the sales was when the trade-in guy tried to Low-ball me on my trade in by sele me every car and SUV I had an interest in.
