Very poor customer service. No regard for the customer. I have nothing good to say except for that they fixed my problem, only took 8 hours of waiting at the site with little to no updates about the progress have nothing good to say except for that they fixed my problem, only took 8 hours of waiting at the site with little to no updates about the progress of my vehicle and disregard from my service technician about the fact that i had to reschedule my entire day, when I was told only “a few hours”. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and never had a problem with the sales team. But the 2 times in the past couple of months I have had to deal with the service department I have been appalled by their lack of disregard for the customer. They didn’t care that I had to arrange rides, my work day, or that I was at their dealership for over 8 hours and not a single person asked if I was good, or if I needed anything or apologized for the fact that it was taking so long. Please do something about this department, after reading the reviews online, apparently I’m not the only one who feels this way. More
