Our technician has been doing tests and following the proper procedure outside in the heat so we can get your fuel system approved. I do not have a way to push your truck in and out every single day due to the vehicle not running. I apologize we have to go through the proper steps that Chrysler has given us, but at the end of the day its the only way to get these vehicles fixed under warranty is to follow their guidelines. I am truly sorry you feel that way. What you are asking us to do is call your extended warranty and ask for coverage on something that has not been diagnosed so we would not be able to ask coverage if we do not know what is wrong. What if it was as simple as something stuck in the tensioner, coin, dirt, etc. If you are not concerned about fixing a safety item such as a seat belt and not wanting it truly diagnosed in which we did set you up for diagnosis fees when dropping your vehicle off, then please make that known to your advisor. We have highly factory trained technicians that have our guests vehicle's safety first. I would recommend in the future calling your extended warranty company first if you would like because no reputable shop will call in before knowing the issue or cause of issue first to verify coverage. Seems like knowing that I should call the extended warranty would be in your area of knowledge. I would have been happy to call the warranty company had I known it would be $140ish dollars to have you call them only to find it wasn't covered...BTW....how does it get to almost $140 to examine a seatbelt which doesn't always retract fully when removed? This is the same gaslighting you pulled on the phone...at least you are consistent. One final point...why didn't you address the multiple services to fix the same problems? You must have a gaslighting prepared for that...seems a wast of perfectly good xx if you aren't using it

I'm so sorry for the mis-information about our hours and drop off times. These security features are set in place to protect our investments and yours. I hope you understand. We take a lot of pride in our work and making sure our guests vehicles are safe and functioning properly. We do have our hours of operation on our website and google pages if you are interested. After reviewing your repair the advisor did remove the battery testing fees which normally apply to better assist you. We also offered you a shuttle ride when you could not find an Uber. The mechanic that did work on your vehicle does not smoke, though we do have 2 out of the 15 mechanic that do, it is against our policy to smoke in the shop nor get in a customers vehicle without washing up.
