Absolute worst service I’ve ever had. They cost me 800$ on my tag cause they wouldn’t work with me at all on when title came in in. I have several friends in the industry that said it would be no problem a on my tag cause they wouldn’t work with me at all on when title came in in. The technician didn't refill my coolant reservoir which caused my vehicle to over heat. I returned the vehicle and explained the situation. A week later I get a call stating the vehicle was ready. Before starting the vehicle I popped the hood and the coolant reservoir was still empty. I spoke to the manager and they installed a new coolant reservoir and filled it to the top. We were traveling from Minnesota to Texas when we started experiencing loss of power on our truck. We had planned on stopping in Norman that night so we called Landers explaining our problem. Their serv experiencing loss of power on our truck. We had planned on stopping in Norman that night so we called Landers explaining our problem. Their service department was closed at that time but we were told the service department opened at 7am. We got to the dealership at 7am was were immediately greeted by Teresa. We explained what we were experiencing with the truck and that we were from out of town. Teresa told us most techs came in at 8am and that she would get someone on it as soon as they got in. Expecting the worst we were very pleased that after coming back from breakfast the tech had diagnosed the problem and had our truck fixed. We were back on the road by 8:30am. We were very pleased with our experience with the Landers service department and especially Teresa who was very understanding of our situation and getting us back on the road so quickly Thank you Gary and Carolyn More
