Service was good EXCEPT I had my tires rotated and included the spare in the rotation. I drove to work and got a warning that I had a low tire and it was the spare. So the technician rotated the tires included the spare in the rotation. I drove to work and got a warning that I had a low tire and it was the spare. So the technician rotated the tires but didn’t check the air in the tires and I had to add 10 psi in the spare that was now in the ground. It should have been checked at the dealership. So much for the courtesy check of everything! More

My daughter and I purchased a used 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. A special thank you to Jerry for taking the time to walk around the lot to find it for us so we could drive from Edmond to look at it. Their Country. Took my Jeep Wrangler in for some services. Service Department was very busy and expected for my Jeep to be in the shop for a few days. No loaner vehicles were available until a couple days later. Par Department was very busy and expected for my Jeep to be in the shop for a few days. No loaner vehicles were available until a couple days later. Parts were replaced but another issues rose up during the test drive. My service advisor (Teresa) was great, she kept me updated on the progress and worked with my warranty company. It took a couple of weeks but finally got my Jeep back. More
