La razón por la que doy una estrella a este dealer es porque el departamento de finanzas (Justin Wolf) me hizo creer que ya había cancelado las garantías de mi troca que me agrego de 10 mil dólares lo cu porque el departamento de finanzas (Justin Wolf) me hizo creer que ya había cancelado las garantías de mi troca que me agrego de 10 mil dólares lo cual me di cuenta que era mucho dinero y le pedí que las cancelara al segundo día que compre mi troca pasaron los dias y meses esperando que me reembolsaran ese dinero llame a Justin como 4 o 5 veces durante ese tiempo para confirmar la cancelación y el me prometió que ya la había cancelado el día de hoy le volví a llamar a Justin para preguntarle si me podría dar el número del departamento de garantías después de hablar con el hable al departamento de garantías para preguntar que es lo que estaba pasando con el reembolso que han pasado 5 meses y ellos no me han reembolsado ellos me dijieron disculpe señora pero apenas mandaron la cancelación el día de hoy lo cual me enfureció saber que Justin no había cancelado nada que apenas se canceló el día de hoy después que hable con el lo hizo después de tanto tiempo de insistir que lo cancelara ahora por no haber echo su trabajo de apretar un botón y mandar la cancelación que eso fue lo que hizo en ese momento que le dije que yo quería hablar con la compañía directamente no me van a regresar todo el reembolso que eran 10 mil ahora nadamas me regresarán 6 mil que injusto todo porque el señor no hizo su trabajo and he lied to me Thanks for making my first purchase a nightmare I don’t recommend this dealer especially if they lie to you Mucho ojo especialmente si eres Latino More
I made a deal on a vehicle today and set up a time in the morning to finalize paperwork. Was even told the vehicle was getting cleaned up, 2 hrs later I received a text saying they sold the vehicle. The service manager Braxton was a very friendly and helpful guy. Prompt with updates - personable - and I would absolutely deal with him again. I took it to a different dealership - who diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes - replaced the relay - and for $75 I was back on the road. This was LESS than the diagnostic fee - and the check that I had to pay for that I received NOTHING on... all I was given was a copy of the bill. Shame on you... More
