Brought my JEEP in for the third time in 3 months and was told nothing was wrong. Daughter drives to college and 300 miles later - we are at a different dealership and have $3000 worth of items requiring imm told nothing was wrong. I won’t be buying any more vehicles here. Salesmen don’t know their own product. They have very deceptive online pricing. Of course they screw you around on your trade in, then list it back on their lot f know their own product. They have very deceptive online pricing. The service department can’t seem to order the correct parts or install them without having “spare parts” when they are done. Got the new Jeep I wanted, but paid a price for it that’s for sure. Stay away from this xxxx show. More

Very good friendly salesman, Ryan. Had a little issue with the first car he showed me, but after a little more digging found the exact car I wanted. Everything was great, professional but not pushy. First of all, I dropped off my car at 11:00 am and left with my kids and husband to East. They said they would contact me to pick up in about 2 hours and never contacted me. At about 3:30 I called 8 tones with my kids and husband to East. They said they would contact me to pick up in about 2 hours and never contacted me. At about 3:30 I called 8 tones to find out what was going on and never got anyone to pick up the phone. The lady up front had to find a manager to go find my car and see what was going on. Upon picking my car up about 4:00 pm they tried charging me $1000.00 forSomething I was told would cost me $100.00 . Very unsatisfying considering I have 3 young kids that are 2/6/8 and had to wait around Norman all day for nothing. We will not be coming back to the dodge dealership. More
