Unorganized, Difficult Communication and Misleading While doing an inspection of the used Rav4 at this dealership, we noticed the trunk was not working. They advised me it would take about a week to fi While doing an inspection of the used Rav4 at this dealership, we noticed the trunk was not working. They advised me it would take about a week to fix, it took four weeks. We did wait until the vehicle was fixed to return to do another test drive. Every time I would schedule a test drive, two different people would call later to set up a test drive, I feel like I had to deal with several people all the time, they were not very organized. We did really like the vehicle and decided to purchase it. They low balled our two trade ins, which is understandable. They include tax on your purchase price of the vehicle, which is misleading and dishonest because you don't pay tax at the dealership, you pay it at the tag agency, I would like my $987 back please. Lesson learned here. They will try to push a warranty down your throat and are extremely curt when you decline. Be a very savvy buyer, or they will take advantage of you at every opportunity. More
