Spent $1800in repairs . Repair was very expensive but everything seems to work. Asked to see my multi point inspection report which was indicated as a service on my bill. The sales rep couldn’t find on everything seems to work. Asked to see my multi point inspection report which was indicated as a service on my bill. The sales rep couldn’t find one but then appeared with an inspection report that was entirely green . I indicate that in all 7 years I have owned the Jeep I had never gotten an all green report , so I honestly doubt they ever really performed the multi point inspection . I feel cheated and deceived . Also I noted that no special covid procedures were taken by any of Landrts employees. No one wore masks . More

I called about a warranty that was added to my contract, as i was not given any paperwork about the warranty and got the run around from management.
