Worst experience that I’ve been a part of. Service and Tobi were great, outside of that - terrible. One of the managers that we worked with Curtis (one of the salesmen stated he was the GM) was overly con Tobi were great, outside of that - terrible. One of the managers that we worked with Curtis (one of the salesmen stated he was the GM) was overly confrontational, talked over others, called my father (who was the deciding party involved in buying a new vehicle) a 12-year-old and bickered with him on the phone over factors that could’ve and should’ve been adjusted to sell the vehicle. After my father hung up, he even told us that he didn’t want to do business with us if we couldn’t see things his way. Let me repeat that the questions and concerns we had would have been easily adjusted/fixable by the dealer. Curtis refused to listen to our concerns or try to work with us. Zachary or “Mickey D”, another salesman, was helpful at first became confrontational as well when Tobi began helping us. Tobi was wonderful, super personable, answered our questions about the vehicles features/perks, etc. However, Tobi couldn’t even pull this experience out of the dumpster. After all of this we went to Fowler Toyota down the road and bought a brand new car. Will not be going back to Landers for anything and will continue sharing our experience. A big thank you to Tobi and to the service personnel for their help/general happy demeanor. More

I brought my 2015 Ram 2500 to Landers for Recall work. One of the jobs involved dropping the transmission pan. A few days after picking the truck up from the service dept the transmission started leakin One of the jobs involved dropping the transmission pan. A few days after picking the truck up from the service dept the transmission started leaking oil. I took the truck back to have the leak repaired. After repair was completed I talked to service manager about my disappointment in the service. He told me they could only do the recall with parts in the kit. When they made the second repair they used “the good stuff” to reseal it. I would think you would want to use the good stuff on every repair. I trusted you once, but I can’t do it again since repairing my vehicle right the first time doesn’t seem to be the priority. The extra $20 for “the good stuff” might have earned you a repeat customer. Instead it only made you an unhappy one. More
