We had a recall on our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee ecodiesel and made an appointment with Braxton. Before the appointment, we received another recall notice, different problem - same vehicle. I forgot to call B and made an appointment with Braxton. Before the appointment, we received another recall notice, different problem - same vehicle. I forgot to call Braxton about the new recall notice and just showed up at Landers and showed it to Braxton and he scheduled both fixes that same morning. Great customer service.
