However I live 4.5 hours away. After calling and talking to Sam Nicholson, I gave him my fears of buying a used vehicle that far away. He assured me the truck was worth it. After him sending me every picture imaginable and negotiating on the price I decided to risk the drive. Everything was as stated. The one small issue I had was fixed while we did the paperwork. I then drove the used truck back home 4.5 hours with no issues. I would definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business. Thanks Sam!! More

Best prices and great people Drove 200 miles from McKinney TX to purchase a new jeep because the price I was given was far better than the dealerships were offering where I live. Lack of support I had an 8am appt. I called later in the afternoon to see what the situation was, and was informed my Jeep hadn’t been looked at yet. The dealer said I had an 8am appt. I called later in the afternoon to see what the situation was, and was informed my Jeep hadn’t been looked at yet. The dealer said it would be looked at first thing in the morning. I called back in the morning, and they told me the problem, and informed me it wouldn’t be ready until late the next afternoon. I had an appt early the next afternoon that I needed to haul some stuff for, and asked the dealer if they could provide a loaner vehicle. The dealer said they could, but that none were available at the moment. I continued to call throughout the day with no success. At the end of the day, right before closing time, I was informed that one should be available in the morning, as there were several cars that were completed that hadn’t been picked up. I called back in the morning at 9:30, after not hearing from the dealer, and was informed that there still wasn’t anything available for me. At this point, without a vehicle to haul with, I had to cancel my appointment in the afternoon. There was a number of frustrating factors with this process. First, my car wasn’t even touched the day I had an appointment. Second, I had to miss 10 hours of work in 3 days because of only having one vehicle between my wife and I. Third, I had to cancel an appointment I made almost a month ago. All of these frustrations tie into the first. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and it wasn’t honored. Because of this, I had to miss more work than expected. Because of this I had to cancel an appointment. More
