I scheduled my service online, then met with Genifer when I brought my Jeep in. She was very easy to work with and reviewed everything with me regarding what I brought it in for and what type of preventive maintenance and possible recalls that may be needed as well. While it was being serviced, we stayed in contact through texting, email, and telephone. When my vehicle was completed, I viewed and downloaded a copy of the invoice online and also paid online. Picking up the vehicle was fast and very smooth. Everything just went like clockwork but with a smile. I have a Wrangle that I'm ready to replace with a newer model. I'm definitely going to Landers for that too. More

Also— after purchase found out it was a demo truck (which was not disclosed to me) and that it had been used to haul something, as evident by the damage to the surface of the truck bed and tailgate. I asked to have a different truck that was truly new or my trade in back and return the truck but was refused either option. More
