Worst car buying experience ever Agreed to purchase price of vehicle and trade value before driving 3 hours to dealership. Was told the vehicle had under gone inspection through servi Agreed to purchase price of vehicle and trade value before driving 3 hours to dealership. Was told the vehicle had under gone inspection through service department. Vehicle had NOT been inspected or serviced by service department and had multiple problems. Salesman and manager tried to change prices of vehicle and trade after I arrived. Ended up buying the vehicle anyway because it was what I was looking for. They didn’t even clean the vehicle I purchased. It was dirty and had the previous owners trash in it. By far the worst car buying experience I hav ever had in my 40 years of experience. Stay away! Quick, efficient, and a great deal. From the moment I walked in I was treated as a friend rather than just a customer. Sam was attentive and took good notes. Negotiation was quick and he signed the next day at less than what we expected to pay! They then continued for a few days to find us even better interest rates. In short they did what others said was impossible and they did it in record time without making us feel pressured or rushed. More

They had a truck we wanted – paid them their full price and took a beating on the trade-in. The truck was very dirty, and we left it to pick up the next day after they cleaned it. Came back and the truck was still dirty. We ask for a second key and they say we must pay $300 for it. We have never been treated with such disrespect. They tried to make us feel bad they are losing thousands of dollars selling the truck to us. Made to wait hours as they sit around doing nothing. This is the type of experience that earns the “used car salesman” reputation. DON’T GO HERE More

Spare Key Fob I had purchased a used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 classic from Landers. Chevrolet with the requirement that they supply two key fobs with the deal. Landers Dodge was very professional and did in fa e supply me with another key fob fir the vehicle . Upon inspection they key fob did not come with the detachable key . I only received the fob . I guess I should of been more detailed on what I wanted before I bought the vehicle . More
