Buying New Jeep Anthony is a nice guy, immediately came up and helped us. Right out of the gate I told him we were here to look at a 2019 jeep and pointed to the one Anthony is a nice guy, immediately came up and helped us. Right out of the gate I told him we were here to look at a 2019 jeep and pointed to the one. He told me it was a 2020, and was wrong. Not a huge deal, but comical. We went through the jeep and took it for a test drive. He answered all the questions we had. He mentioned he went to class and was a Jeep expert per the dealer. After looking at a different jeep, I was looking at the options on the one we wanted to buy to see if it had the limited slip differential. He wrongly informed me that all jeeps have this. It's untrue, and I knew it had an open differential but it wasn't a deal breaker. We went inside and started talking numbers. He brought back the sheet on the jeep and it had a higher starting price on it than the MSRP and a much higher price than advertised on the internet. He came back with a different sheet with the internet price. He kept asking about payments which I didn't care about but I told him I wanted the remote start. He then tried to tell me they had two factory options for it when one was clearly an aftermarket option. He then tried to have me sign the paper stating he would keep the payments the same and add the remote start. We said no, keep the price the same and add it. He brought the sales manager in and he started talking about the invoice price and that they were losing money. We wanted to go but he left one more time and got one of the store managers who said to put it on for us. After some thinking we took the deal. Financing was a breeze, Erik helped us fix a mistake we made on the paperwork the next business day. Anthony then went to show us the vehicle and again made a comment that was untrue. We were talking about the four wheel drive and he said we had to be stopped to shift it. I asked if it was shift on the fly full well knowing it was and he said no. Again, not a huge deal on any of this but I really wore on the experience and trust a little. They have made good on everything so far, can't wait to hear from them on the remote start getting installed. More

Scratches Bought my car at night time. The next day I noticed where they had stickers from the factory on the back door and back hatch the detail guys scratch a Bought my car at night time. Took it back up there Monday afternoon and they said they will have a guy touch up the paint. I said well it better not look like a touch up. I bought a brand new car without scratches and dings in it. I said if I can tell that it has been touched up then your gonna take and actually repaint the areas that need it. I will find out Wednesday how it goes. More

Never worked so hard to buy a car I don't even like. I went in for a test drive of a vehicle i found online. I had my own financing through my bank and they tried very hard (harder than was necessary) t I went in for a test drive of a vehicle i found online. I had my own financing through my bank and they tried very hard (harder than was necessary) to try to get me to fill out a credit app. Because it was late I said I could wait to get the purchase order to my bank in the morning. I gave all info of loan officer to have him do it in the morning. Morning came and went my bank never recieved anything. I called and was assured it would be sent. End of business Friday still nothing so I call and find out what going on. I was passed from person to person and assured "Oh no ma'am so sorry this has happened I'll get it right over". Friday comes and goes the bank closes. I have to drive back to the dealership against my better judgement as i should have cut my losses and went someplace else. My husband really liked the car so we got it. Sent all the things over from the bank and we finally got to take it home. It was missing a trim peice so I was told to bring it back so they could fix the trim peice and detail it. I use my only day off to bring it in. I'm there for hours. They come out to tell me they broke the trim piece and I come back later that afternoon while they go get another one. I do. Again they break that peice. And the "detail" was atrocious! So I have to bring it back again to fix that peice and they can detail for real this time. I drop it off first thing in the morning they give me a loaner car exponentially smaller than my car. I cant even fit all 3 of my kids in the back together. But I take what I can get. They keep it a day and half the price is fixed but the "detail" still not done I run my finger across the front and its filthy. I shouldn't be so hung up on a detail but if I buy a new car and hand you check for 25k you can at least clean the car like new. More
