We came back over an hour and half later. They said: it was ready and they were pulling it around. My son waited over hour again. They had 20 hours to get the car ready then took another 3 hours after telling us it would be 45 minutes. More

Courteous, no hassle deal I came in after seeing a car on the internet. I called ahead and the salesperson (Andre) was ready and very knowledgeable about the hybrid vehicle. I came in after seeing a car on the internet. I called ahead and the salesperson (Andre) was ready and very knowledgeable about the hybrid vehicle. It was exactly what my son wanted so I made a fair offer and within 2 minutes we were shaking hands and writing up the deal. Even being short staffed at the time, the finance person (Eric) had me in and out within the hour.
