Terrible Service! Purchased a brand new 2018 Ram truck in May. Has been back for service multiple times and service can’t seen to find the root of the problem. Had to return for service at Landers only bc lift was added to truck before our purchase and no other dealer wants to deal with this “after market” part. This was not told to us, as dealer is over an hour away from our residence. The steering is off and Landers service says the Ram drives fine, even putting a hundred miles on it, to test. It has been towed in twice and for some reason the problem can’t be found. This problem can become very dangerous in inclement weather! Landers, Sergio Santos, does not want to deal with us or return our money for this purchase they cannot fix. Do not buy from a dealer that cannot stand behind their product! More

Also I was quoted 70 for an oil change. That was really high so I found a coupon on my phone in the lounge so it was only 45. I felt like I should have been told about that. More

Deceptive The agreed payment I shook hands on was not honored in the finilalization contract. The car I agreed on was not the same car giving to me, it had to be brought from another state and instead of a trailer it was drivin bringing the miliage from 11 miles to 600+ miles on the car. And not the same car. I was not told any of this until I was called to come pick car up and made it there in which It wasn't there when I arrived I had to wait 2 hours for it to get their and then found out the changes. A lot of deception period. More
