Horrible service! Appointments mean absolutely nothing here! Had an 8 o’clock appointment. Were told it would only take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I called them 7 hours later an Appointments mean absolutely nothing here! Had an 8 o’clock appointment. Were told it would only take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I called them 7 hours later and they hadn’t even started it! Ridiculous! Only reason they could give us was they were behind! A common courtesy phone call the day before to reschedule would have been nice! Even a courtesy phone call after they noticed they weren’t going to get to it would have been nice. We made the appointment and took off work to bring it in! Very frustrating! Poorest customer service I’ve every experienced. The service manager was extremely rude as well! Like we were bothering him by being there. Then just got up and went outside to talk to his friend!
