Miracle Workers. The day I was supposed to be driving back to Georgia I had to take my car into Landers Dealership for service. Come to find out the part I would need to fix my vehicle that is under war back to Georgia I had to take my car into Landers Dealership for service. Very quick service. Clean facilities. I appreciate the complimentary coffee. Was in for an airbag recall and was scheduled quickly although I had called previously and was told the part was not in stock complimentary coffee. So I had forgotten it until I got another notice in the mail. Was hesitant to try again at Landers. I initially tried another dealership as I was unsure Landers really wanted my business, since it was only a recall. However the other dealership didn't service Dodge. The second time I attempted to get an appointment the young man was most helpful and even confirmed via email and text. I really was satisfied with his professionalism. The 1st point of contact is very important and I sincerely hope you have more employees like him. Going with my first impression, I would not have returned, had I a choice. More

I was very disappointed. My car smelled of heavy smoke, the problem was not fixed I went and talked to someone yesterday and I’m coming in after school.
