Took van in for brakes to be replaced. Ended up needing more stuff...spark plugs wheel bearing radiator cap. Cost alot more than we thought but had to do it. Landers is the reason that people do not trust service departments. I paid for two diagnostic tests and outside of a 2 minute conversation I was provided zero details on was was wrong with my car. I was h departments. I paid for two diagnostic tests and outside of a 2 minute conversation I was provided zero details on was was wrong with my car. I was handed an invoice and sent on my way. I was forced to ask multiple times for a description of what was wrong. The invoice they happily provided had mistakes that the rep accounted to “fat finger” typos and also listed that a multi-point inspection was provided to me. This inspection was not provided until I asked via email after I left. I would recommend avoiding Landers. More

I placed my trust in Landers to repair our 2015 Chrysler Town & County that had no prior issues. After the vehicle was in their care for over 2 weeks, the vehicle burst into flames. Not only was my vehicle Town & County that had no prior issues. After the vehicle was in their care for over 2 weeks, the vehicle burst into flames. Not only was my vehicle completely destroyed, but our home was also damaged in the fire. We lost many possessions as well as time and money. Additionally, my family was put into danger that could have resulted in our deaths. This was all made worse by the apathetic and condending attitude from representatives and leaders at Landers. The manager essentially blamed COVID-19 for the lack of concern they showed for our loss. More

Nothing but a bunch of liars in the service department!! Always blame it on other companies when they failed to do what they were supposed to.
