My apologies that these issues occurred. I do show that we made it right and installed a new coolant reservoir from where it was leaking at no charge to you. We strive for perfection on all of our repairs. We do make mistakes form time to time and we are not perfect. I have a team that will always do the right thing by our guests and take care of any situation that comes to light. We are always transparent and upfront and would never try to hide a mistake, we own it and make it right. These professionally trained technicians take pride in every job so this does get to them and will always work to better themselves. In my years in this industry that is hard to come by. This group is nothing but hard working great people. I wish the situation ended with a more positive note I really do. We appreciate all of our guests. Thank You, Jeremy Yandell
