Our service rep was great. However, service was sub-par. Took forever to get parts and vehicle fixed. When I got the vehicle back the steering wheel was not aligned properly. After speaking with 3 different people over a service request I gave up on trying. Staff was knowledgeable on cars, at one point the service person who was checking me in reported “I don’t know what that request I gave up on trying. Staff was knowledgeable on cars, at one point the service person who was checking me in reported “I don’t know what that is, I usually only check people in for oil changes.” Another service person then approached me and was just as I knowledgeable. He had no idea what I wanted done until I explained it in the simplest terms. For a dealership they honestly sucked more than normal. I wanted to speak with a Technician and apparently that is unheard of. More
