Truck with 56 k miles on it . Brought it in to them . They said I had put diesel in it and they had to drop the tank and clean for 2,300. They had it for a month and a half and didn't touch it. I found out they haven't done anything with it and lied about putting a new battery on it . I took it to a local mechanic who within an hour figure ed it was a stuck open injector and the cylinder was hydrolocked .there was no diesel in the tank . More

Very disappointed - bought a truck and they were to do a full service. Headlights (high beams) were not working and was told since within the scope of the 100k mileage, that they would complete this requir full service. Needed to take back and use MY warranty for repairs that should have been done before selling vehicle. When asked to take back and given a time, when I did, they said I would either need to wait (for over a half day) or come back as they scheduled someone else in my time slot also. Second key never received after 4 requests. Tayler Simmons who sold truck was fired right after purchase and Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM will not own up to mistakes he made but now at my cost. Will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. A HUGE mistake thinking this was a reputable company. More
