I called to get a quote on battery replacement. The quote was emailed to me for around $159.00. My husband brought the truck in and waited for the repair. When it was time to pay he was informed that the cha was emailed to me for around $159.00. My husband brought the truck in and waited for the repair. When it was time to pay he was informed that the charge was $171.00. He told the service rep that our quote was lower than that. The rep checked the system and said actually it's higher at over $200.00. My husband went ahead and paid but then advised me of what happened. I called several times and even sent emails. I spoke with Richard Nelson who said that a manager would call me back. This never happened. I called Richard again requesting help and he always stated he would have someone call but nothing. I eventually gave up trying. This was an expensive lesson to learn. I will never do business with this dealership again. More
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I ended up trading it in for a better car elsewhere. The car wasn’t even inspected before it was sold to me, and one of the issues with it w vehicle. I ended up trading it in for a better car elsewhere. The car wasn’t even inspected before it was sold to me, and one of the issues with it was an issue that could have gotten me killed on the road (and one that it took 6 hours of waiting to identify and then refuse to fix without the 3,000 mile warranty that wasn’t active.) Also refused to service brakes although they were completely shot. Never buy from this dealer. Ever. I would go everywhere on foot, uphill, both ways before I went to them for anything. More
