Quoted different price than I was charged I was quoted $1,100 out the door on a part of my bill and it ended up being over $1,500. I had no choice but to pay. Scammy poor service Spent about 7 thousand 3-4 months ago. Having exact same issues. They want another 3 thousand plus to fix. Says unrelated to prior work. Impossible. Seeing as how it sat there for four days they could have offered, seeing as how their oil change sticker on my window clearly shows it was just due. Pleasantly Suprised Needed some recall work performed, 2014 Ram 1500 was making a ticking noise, found out it was an exhaust manifold leak which is common in the HEMI eng Needed some recall work performed, 2014 Ram 1500 was making a ticking noise, found out it was an exhaust manifold leak which is common in the HEMI engine. They had the truck for 2 days, got me a loaner, when I went to go pick it up I discovered some great news! Not only did the Power Train Warranty cover the exhaust leak repair, but the tech also discovered some transmission issues and that was covered as well! I was shocked that they went the extra mile and did so many repairs that where covered under the Power Train Warranty! I will be back for all regular maintenance and any future repairs I may need, I recommend them to EVERYONE!! Thanks guys, John More

Additional services were done and charged We only came in to have our oil changed and recalls repaired. The service department also rotated our tires we were not notified or asked permission We only came in to have our oil changed and recalls repaired. There was no charge for an oil filter, so we do not know what filter was used and if we got antifreeze supplied. We only authorize an oil change and recall work. More
