We were willing to drive to find the SUV and the deal that we wanted on our new Nissan. We had learned from past experience all the high pressure sales techniques used by most dealerships and we wanted to avoid the headache by comparing multiple dealership at our own pace before we even visited the site. Many will tease you with a bogus “internet deal “only to have the price miraculously increase once you sit down to finalize the deal. Anthony Berry was the Internet Sales Rep who took the time to answer all our questions and provide all the information that we requested “up front” with no hesitation. When we did decide to finally visit McLarty, we were greeted by Anthony and also had our first experience with Rene Conaway. Rene took over and was very personable and professional. He is a wonderful salesman who listens to his customers and does his best to make them feel comfortable and at ease. As others have stated, he was not pushy and never tried to talk us into upgrading to the next level or a newer model. We had a few minor issues after buying the Murano but Rene and Breanna Scott took the time to make sure each was addressed and attempted to make it as convenient as possible given that we were so far away from the dealership. We would definitely rate Renee 5 stars, the dealership in general we were able to rate at 4 stars as there were a few things that could have been improved upon (time management/ attention to detail). Overall, we would recommend Landers McLarty Nissan for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Recently took my vehicle in because it was making a noise while driving and shaking when I went to brake. The service dept. checked everything and said nothing was wrong. A week later the wheel bearing hub w while driving and shaking when I went to brake. The service dept. checked everything and said nothing was wrong. A week later the wheel bearing hub went out and the wheel was barely hanging on. My wife and kids use this vehicle so I'm upset because that left them at risk. Needless to say this Nissan dealership will not be getting anymore of my money. More
