Not So Good! First, I came to the dealer on 1 Feb 18 at 5:00 pm, by 6:00 pm I had decided on the vehicle I wanted. The sales person went to start the paperwork at First, I came to the dealer on 1 Feb 18 at 5:00 pm, by 6:00 pm I had decided on the vehicle I wanted. The sales person went to start the paperwork at that time. I told him I needed the monthly payment to be around $200.00, 30 minutes later he came back and told me it would be $310.00. I told him I could pay $1000.00 down, after several more trips back and forth to the finance office I told him I would go up to $250.00 but that was really stretching my budget. They finally got the payment down to that, but by then it was 7:30 pm and I had to go to work. I told the sales person I would be back at 10:00 am the following day, 2 Feb 18. I arrived on time and sat around until about noon before I was called back to the finance office to sign the paper work. after finishing to paper work the sales person told me the vehicle was being detailed and he would go get it. It was 1:30 pm before I got the car, and the interior had not even been vacuumed, there was also damage to the chrome on the tale gate that i did not see when I look at the vehicle the day before. two days after I got the vehicle home I got an e-mail from Landers Mclarty Nissan telling me the tires were old and may need to be replaced. It seems to me that I should have been told about something as important as bad tires before you sold me the car. If the tires are not safe they should have been replaced before you sold the vehicle. More

Very nice experience I contacted the dealership online Friday evening the 27th of January about an Xterra. I received a call from Leonard Payton on the next day. I mentioned needing to trade my Jeep but that I owed money on it. He encouraged me to look at the Rogue and asked when I could come in the dealership. I really didn’t want to buy a new vehicle but agreed to come in that Monday. On Monday I mentioned not wanting the Rogue because it was a four cylinder. He asked me to drive a Murano home just to see if I liked it. I did even though I expected not to like it. I ended up loving it but didn’t want to tell him that. Long story short, Leonard was able to trade my Jeep in with me owing nothing on it as well as getting me what I want in spite of an initial snag with a dealer trade. He did a really good job and made sure I got what I wanted. I’m happy with my purchase. More

However, when I had a issue with my 2010 Nissan Maxima (recall)....I gained a lot of respect for the service team. Every single person in the service dept. was extremely kind, happy, upbeat. Mr. Mashburn went above and beyond to ensure my car would be taken care of. I am grateful to have made this contact. Very professional and timely. As for Mr. Ward, he is funny, personable, efficient, happy, smiley, just a joy to do business with. I would highly recommend the entire group. They were ALL kind.
