Waste of Time Recently I received a recall notice for my 2004 Titan and last week I arranged to take time off and duly scheduled an appointment for today to get it Recently I received a recall notice for my 2004 Titan and last week I arranged to take time off and duly scheduled an appointment for today to get it taken care of. According to the mailer, the repair should take about an hour to complete. I also wanted the moon roof motor assessed as it no longer works. I arrived a little before my appointment at 0700 and after the service center opened met with the service advisor. I was told that it would take 3-4 hours and was advised to take the shuttle back home. I did this and returned 4 hours later expecting my truck to be ready. It was told that it wasn't ready yet, so I went to the waiting room. After another hour, I noticed my truck parked behind the building and inquired if it was ready. The service advisor pulled up the record and said - no, it hasn't even been looked at yet. Extremely frustrated and with other things to do, I asked exactly what the nature of the recall was so that I could judge the seriousness. The service advisor did not know and had to do some research. Several minutes later he tells me that its something that had been rescinded and in fact, they didn't even have the part to fix it. I asked for my keys and left. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it has no bearing on when the vehicle will be worked on? Why with a weeks notice of this visit was the part not available? And why was this not noted when I arrived? Several years ago I had a series of bad experiences here and swore not to return, but thought maybe things had changed and since it was a recall decided to relent. Bad decision on my part. Never again. Note that I chose not to use names as I believe this to be a corporate culture problem given my previous experience. More

While, I had no intention to trade my 2015 Rogue, I ended up doing so the next day after chatting with Mitch, a test drive and driving the car for the day! Mitch was helpful, accommodating and patient, as I worked through the details in my financial mind. I ended up getting an upgraded version of my Rogue so now I have leather seats, a navigation system and cool warning lights for the blind spots!! This is my 3rd Rogue and the first leased here in Huntsville as I moved here two years ago! I imagine my next vehicle will be a Nissan too! Especially if Mitch catches me looking at the new cars again! More
I love my 2017 versa ss special edition I have bought 3 cars from Landers..but my last car was a 2017 versa ss special edition, I dealt with Sylvester redix that day I told him what I wanted I have bought 3 cars from Landers..but my last car was a 2017 versa ss special edition, I dealt with Sylvester redix that day I told him what I wanted , what I could pay , and what I wanted my payments at well Sylvester went to work and figured out what could be done and made it HAPPEN! Sylvester is a very nice very respectable person, he even offered to buy my mom some chips or crackers cause she hasn't ate yet ..i have bought a 2016 versa and I had bought a 2010 Altima before I bought my 2017 which was traded for the new one ..i absolutely LOVE my Car and Sylvester went up and beyond the customer service !and as long as Sylvester is still working for Landers and if I ever get in a mood to trade again HE WILL DEFINITELY BE MY GO TO GUY ! !! Zero customer care Recently purchased a vehicle and was appalled at the customer care given. The dealership lost the second key to the vehicle we purchased and flat out refused to make the situation right by replacing it. Instead they said we could purchase one at cost. 180 dollars! We just bought a $14,000 car and they couldn't even replace a key that they lost. They will not return calls and could care less about you once that sale is made Update- I was contacted by the customer care manager shortly after posting this review and she did correct this situation for me. I am glad that this was resolved but it should of never been escalated to this level More

I decided to make one last attempt and found I should have went to Landers McLarty Nissan first. Not only was I able to make a trade, but I had a great experience. My Salesperson, DJ Kilgo did a great job finding a vehicle that would work for us and was patient and professional. Sam in the business office was easy to work with and made the process an easy one. Great experience all the way around. More
Worst experience if ever had at a dealership. I've never had a more terrible experience at a dealership than I did at your dealership this past Monday. B) the vehicle we were coming to look at wasn't there and after making a trip to Wal-Mart in Madison it was determined it was sold/someone was driving it. C) the salesman didn't even speak to us the entire trip back to the dealership. D) pulled into the dealership and said I'll get your keys to your vehicle and pretty much said bye, we're about to close so we're not going to try and sell you a vehicle. E) spoke to another sells manager who didn't care either. F) sales manager the next day called me back, Eddie Williams, after only trying to get a hold of the store manager and said he would personally find us a vehicle and stated he would be calling me back within 24hrs. You think I've heard back from him? Nope. More
