The people were nice enough. I took my vehicle in for a recall issue and then I was told it needed 13k in repairs. I am not a wealthy and di not have $13k to spend on repairs. The radiator will leaking as if it had been damaged and I work from home so it is not driven daily, or even weekly at times. Before this visit I had no issues.
