Nigel, you were awesome! Great sales person, very courteous, friendly and helpful - no pressure. Surprising that you have followed with me for over 6 months to get what I wanted. I told you I would get what I wanted! And I did thanks to your perseverance. While we were waiting at last 4 different people asked if we needed help which is impressive. The warranty person (didn't get his name) was awesome also, no pressure, just told it like it is and explained everything so we could understand and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We definitely will be back and will recommend you to our family and friends. Thanks so much.
