NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This has been a horrible experience. I bought a used BMW from this dealership two months ago. The AC went out a week ago that cools the battery (essential function). It took experience. I bought a used BMW from this dealership two months ago. The AC went out a week ago that cools the battery (essential function). It took over a week to get any answers or even a returned phone call. The sales rep that sold me the car never answered. The service rep never returned my calls either. I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me it’s going to be nearly $1400 and the warranty doesn’t cover it. The service was very poor and what’s the point in a warranty if it doesn’t cover breakdowns. I’m told the dealership is not going to cover any of the charges. I will never use this dealer again nor will anyone I know. More
