We took our highlander in for a factory recall and when they were done they gave us our vehicle back with the dashboard lite up. The dashboard told us to take it to the dealer. I mean no one saw this after they were done they gave us our vehicle back with the dashboard lite up. The dashboard told us to take it to the dealer. I mean no one saw this after they finished working on the vehicle or as they were driving it to the waiting area? So we had to wait a couple more days to finally get everything fixed. The lady who work at the counter (Tyler) she did fine. My complaint is with the mechanics and the shuttle person, not sure what you call the gentleman who brings the vehicles back. At some point just pay attention to the dashboard. More
Sales team- Dave and Craig helped me find a vehicle within my budget. My previous vehicle was totaled and turned in to Allstate. I rented a vehicle for two weeks while paper work and loan was paid of within my budget. My previous vehicle was totaled and turned in to Allstate. I rented a vehicle for two weeks while paper work and loan was paid off, then I was without a vehicle. Steve Landers team let me drive the new vehicle early before new loan and title were settled. I appreciate that! After loan and title was settled, my new vehicle’s battery died after a week of signing all the paperwork. Dave took care of a new battery for me. They both went out of their way to help me in a stressful situation. There was a wait on the title transfer, but finally done. Communication was very good with all people involved. Thanks for all your help! More
