Where does this amazing guy not have? He has the genuine ability to connect on a personal level with his customers. He has the empathy to truly understand what I was going through. You see, I was in a terri ability to connect on a personal level with his customers. He has the empathy to truly understand what I was going through. You see, I was in a terrible accident which rendered me without a vehicle. The first question he asked me was not “what type of vehicle are you looking for?” It was a genuine empathetic question of “are you okay?” To me this is the most important quality. I honestly felt he was and is genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and satisfaction. Eric took a very stressful situation and made it effortless for me. You come across people in your life for a reason, some of which don’t make a meaningful impact. Eric is not one of those. In my honest opinion, I will never go through anyone other than Eric. Steve Landers truly has a diamond in the ruff of a salesman. If you ever lose him, it will be the biggest mistake Steve Landers will ever make. More
