I honestly felt he was and is genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and satisfaction. Eric took a very stressful situation and made it effortless for me. You come across people in your life for a reason, some of which don’t make a meaningful impact. Eric is not one of those. In my honest opinion, I will never go through anyone other than Eric.
