Long wait times, xxxxx dropped, & Unexpected upturns Updating this review to a one star, as even after they reached out for my contact information in a private comment it has been radio silence. Clearly Updating this review to a one star, as even after they reached out for my contact information in a private comment it has been radio silence. Clearly they do not see any value in my business. My next car will not be a Toyota if this is the customer service that they provide in NWA. Came to the dealership to get the exhaust on my 2008 Prius repaired after damage on the road. It took over a month and a half to requisition the parts and complete repairs. Part of this was due to a parts back log and part was due to them dropping the ball and not getting my authorization earlier when I proved I had the money in bank but it was on hold because the check from insurance was so large. This could have been extended another 2 months but my service agent pulled through and got my case escalated since I had already been waiting a month. Check engine light was on upon arrival but they did not pull the codes during the initial diagnostic and the cabin smells like exhaust if I have my vents open and I'm at a stop light or warming up the car in the morning. If they had checked the codes and they pointed to something else that had been damaged, they could have potentially taken care of that too. I am giving them until the end of the weekend to respond to a voicemail about it, but at this point it feels like they have washed their hands of me. They also called me and tried to ask for (at least) partial payment before the end of the new year even though I had been by two days earlier to explain to them I was waiting for the check to clear, even came with a deposit slip from the bank. I will probably take my car to a mechanic who will pull codes because they know they should to do a complete diagnostic next time. More
