Ultimately, the service department was able to get the faulty lug nut lock off, replace all the lug not locks with regular lug nuts, and confirm that there was a puncture in the tire which was causing the slow leak. Thankful for all of their hard work! More

Not willing repair my car that you damaged. Last time we were in for a oil change your car wash damaged my satellite radio wire where it connects to the windshield. You said you’d repair it. It began leaking water every time my car is outside in a rainstorm at that same spot. Your reps now say it’s not from that. Funny! It never leaked water before. I thought you would do the right thing. I was wrong!! Now the damage you caused is on me. We had the windshield checked out and they said it was not the seal, but it is leaking at the satellite wire location. I won’t be using you for service any longer nor will I recommend you to anyone. More
