Poorly run We made an appointment for our first oil change for 2pm, we got there 15 minutes early for the appointment. What is the point in setting an appointment if you have to sit for a hour waiting for an oil change. Walk ins were pulled in before our appointment, poorly run service department. Won't be back except for the first oil change on a day we don't have anything to do so we can sit for hours More

Caution...go elsewhere. Service and parts are very high. The prices on service and parts are unbelievably high. (95.00 to install the front windshield wiper blades.) They do not explain the service they offer so be sure, when they recommend anything, ASK what it consists of and if it is necessary. The time frame is way off. My 2 to 2 1/2 hours ended up being 5 hours. I brought my car in for recalls and Seth, service person, called me and told me my timing cover was leaking oil and it was showing on my engine. That was a $3000.00 fix. When I questioned why I did not have any oil on my garage floor, he then changed it to it was just seeping around the cover and would be fine to wait on that. When you pay people on commission for selling customers parts and service, you will always have employees that try to take advantage of customers. Word of mouth is your best or worst advertisement, depending on how your customers are treated and this is my first and last time coming to your business. More
