Trust work done but expensive I trust the service dept. I appreciated Jason giving me a 10% discount (because I asked) but that barely paid the tax on $300+ bill for changing out f I trust the service dept. I continue to go to Toyota for the work rather than private business, because I trust that they will keep my vehicle in top running order. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. More

Poorly run We made an appointment for our first oil change for 2pm, we got there 15 minutes early for the appointment. Was 3 pm by the time I went and asked how much longer it would be, they still hadn't pulled our vehicle in for service. What is the point in setting an appointment if you have to sit for a hour waiting for an oil change. Walk ins were pulled in before our appointment, poorly run service department. Won't be back except for the first oil change on a day we don't have anything to do so we can sit for hours More
