Unwilling to open the hood I called this dealership due to needing someone to look at my Prius after driving up from DALLAS to stay with my dad in the hospital down the road. Th I called this dealership due to needing someone to look at my Prius after driving up from DALLAS to stay with my dad in the hospital down the road. They were unwilling to look at it without charging $140 even though it was a minor rattle after getting an oil change in Dallas. I ended up taking it to a place in eureka who just tightened a bolt and it took 5 minutes. In retrospect I have never had a dealership with such poor customer service given the simplicity of the request and unique circumstances. More

Too long Not sure what was going on but the initial sale went fine. It was the service after the sale. There were a couple of things that needed to be done and after four months of waiting, it is finally getting done. We bought a certified car that is supposed to come with 2 keys. Finally going to get one, fingers crossed, on Monday and I’m not sure if it is even going to be a Toyota key or aftermarket key. Also, communication on when things would be done or who was responsible for getting things taken care of was confusing and non existent. More
