When it came time to put engine shields back on, he took me out to the shop to show me what would need rep Seth Snyder kept track of service progress. When it came time to put engine shields back on, he took me out to the shop to show me what would need replacing (2011 Prius with 210,000 miles) in future. The shields have become rather beat up. Because of past quality service and an excellent product, I expect to get to 500,000 miles. More
