Medeocre service work and not very good customer service I guess oil change was done i have no way of knowing they rotated tires and now i have a shimmy at 45 to 55 mph and the service writer said they clean I guess oil change was done i have no way of knowing they rotated tires and now i have a shimmy at 45 to 55 mph and the service writer said they cleaned the vehicle after service and when i complained the lot boy told me it wasn't washed at all and he said he could take it and clean it but i would have to wait and the line was long. After already waiting 1.5hr i told them to forget it that i would clean it. More

Tire repair I was in several weeks ago because a tire was losing air, but it was cold outside, so thought I better check. I just drove in and Jason got me right I was in several weeks ago because a tire was losing air, but it was cold outside, so thought I better check. I just drove in and Jason got me right in to the tire guy. He checked it out and could not find anything so put all my tires to proper poundage.. The other day in a much warmer day my low tire light came on again. It was the same tire upon checking the air, it was just below 30 lbs. so put some air in and called Jason and made an appt. Took it in and tire guy spent a lot of fine with the tire and barely spotted a bubble. It was pierced with a thin piece of wire barely thru the tire. And it was an intermittent type of bubble so he watch and watched thus finding the slow leak spot on the inside of the tire with most of the wire in tire. He patched it up, aired my tires and off I went!!! Thanks to Jason and my “tire guy”!!! More

But when I informed him that based on that timeline, had scheduled a meeting with my supervisor from out of state at one of my Fayetteville stores, he instantly put me in a free rental car! As I’ve worked in retail for 15+ years in a managerial capacity, am fully aware of the essential importance of customer service. Mr. Parker, in my opinion, both professionally and as a customer, is an example of the definition of excellent personable customer service! More
