Hello - I really had a bad experience yesterday at your dealership. At the time I Scheduled the appointment online I selected the Shuttle Service. After checking in with the advisor, I friendly reminded him I had selected the Shuttle service. He asked to confirm my phone number, then I told him " I am going to sit down, let me know". I waited for 30 minutes... then decided to get an Uber back to work. At 13:02 that afternoon after making the payment on my phone I texted 479-202-0887 and asked " How to set up a Shuttle" only to find out that no one bothered to txt me back. Had to get another Uber to the dealership to pick up my car. I am writing this email to let you know about my experience. Seth Snyder was really nice and polite to me even after I told him how frustated I was when I picked my car. I truly believe he didn't do anything wrong on purpose, it was an honest mistake, but please help me understand why no one contacted me for the shuttle service? spent $20 Uber From a Dissatisfied Customer, Sent this email to them , no one ever reached out to me. Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Twice as long as pre Service overall fine , just two hours for an oil change is bad. Did get my blue tooth to work. Might have to have brakes done.
