This was my first time at Toyota and everyone seemed put off that I didn’t know the process to check in. I had a few other things for them to look at on my car and the man checking me in was not very helpfu off that I didn’t know the process to check in. I had a few other things for them to look at on my car and the man checking me in was not very helpful with those things so I decided not to have them looked at. I also think my car door was damaged while being serviced. Overall I felt very uncomfortable talking to the staff, except for my maintenance tech who checked me out. He was very nice. More
