Called in for 40K mile service and to patch a tire with a screw in it. Picked it up with no contact pick up which was nice but they did the 45K service, charged $25 to patch a tire then credited me the $25.. screw in it. I even told them when I turned it in the screw was across from valve stem in the tread. The service at Landers just keeps getting worse. This is the 2nd new vehicle purchased in the last 3 years from Landers and I will buy another Toyota in the next 6 months but it won't be from Landers. More

I'm so glad someone like Jason is in the service manager role there because it's quite apparent there are some in the service department (Seth Snyder) that don't value promoting customer loyalty at all.
