Brake Service, Incorrect Quote I called the dealership to get a quote on a brake job. The lady asked front or rear brakes and I told her both and that I was bringing my own pads. Sh I called the dealership to get a quote on a brake job. The lady asked front or rear brakes and I told her both and that I was bringing my own pads. She gave me a quote total of $290-300. When I checked out, the total was around $450. Turns out the quote I was given was for only the front or rear, not both. Also the quote didn't factor in me bringing my own pads. The service adviser, Jason Jones, was very patient and kind in his explanation for why the quote I received was incorrect. However, I chose Steve Landers because I trusted the quote I was given. I was disappointed and felt misled. More
