My Experience My car was starting with problems. I took it in for diagnostics thinking it couldn't be the battery because it wasn't that old. I thought it might b My car was starting with problems. I took it in for diagnostics thinking it couldn't be the battery because it wasn't that old. I thought it might be the starter or alternator. The battery was the first thing checked. It was bad. The battery was replaced for no charge (the car is still under warranty) and I was good to go. The person speaking with me was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience. More

Excellent Sevice Today was our first visit to the Steve Lander's Toyota Service Dept. Technician's quickly performed the maintenance we were needing and were complete Today was our first visit to the Steve Lander's Toyota Service Dept. Technician's quickly performed the maintenance we were needing and were complete in 1/2 hour after our scheduled appointment time. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and professional. We'll definitely be going back for future service needs on our Avalon. More

Replacement of battery Dave at service went overboard to have a battery delivered to my home when I was just out of shoulder surgery. I couldn’t drive or remove the n batter Dave at service went overboard to have a battery delivered to my home when I was just out of shoulder surgery.
