5000 mile service I have owned 12 Toyota’s in my life. I have used multiple dealerships in the past due to living in different areas. Steve Landers is as good as I’ve s I have owned 12 Toyota’s in my life. I have used multiple dealerships in the past due to living in different areas. Steve Landers is as good as I’ve seen. Will continue to depend on them for all my service needs. With that said, I would like to express my opinion regarding the 2018 Highlander which I purchased from this dealership. I feel TOYOTA has missed the mark on this vehicle due primarily to the transmission. Steve Landers service personnel attempted to alleviate the problem through a possible transmission software update but there was none available at this time. I would recommend Toyota provide a suitable upgrade for this model to make the driving experience more enjoyable. By not addressing this issue,Toyota could lose some otherwise loyal customers. More
