This is the 4 th time I bought a new car at Landmark. The only thing I have to say is that it is better every time. If you are a braves' fan you must ask for Mike. The sales process at Landmark Dodge was low pressure and smooth. Austin Masters (the sales rep) was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. Post sales, however, the process and service was less than disappointing. I waited for over 2 and a half hours to see a Finance Manager to sign the paperwork. I was told repeatedly "Just a few more minutes." When I did in fact meet with the Finance Manager I was told that I should have expected to wait a prolonged amount of time at any car dealership on the last day of a sales month (something I have never experienced in all my years of buying numerous vehicles...even on the last day of a sales month). Several days later, the Finance Manager I had dealt with, called 3 times and texted twice within a 40 minute period (while I was at work during a normal work day) because he had forgotten to collect my down payment. I stipulated I would be willing to give him credit card number over the phone. He stated that was unacceptable and I would have to scan and email a double sided image of my credit card to him or he would have the sales rep come to my home and demand a check and/or have the car removed from my posession and held until payment was receieved. After some argument he reluctantly took my credit card number and hung up. I asked to speak to the General Manager to give feedback but was passed to his assistant. After some discussion and an email recounting my experience, I received an email back from his assistant apologizing and stating that "People make mistakes." The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was unacceptable, especially have just spent several tens of thousands of dollars at their business. In defense of Landmark, a couple of weeks after voicing my less than satisfactory experience a manager by the name of Eric personally called me to apologize on behalf of the dealership and those involved. He stated that the finance manager had been coached on the situation so as to avoid it happening again in the future and invited me to personally call him next time I needed service for a complimentary oil change and full vehicle detail. While the experience may have initially been confrontational, the follow up was certainly more than redeeeming. More
Great experience at Landmark. Sal, Dale, Patrick were all a pleasure to interact with and made the entire experience so easy. By far the most pleasant buying experience I've had in the Atlanta area. The dealership is very clean and nicely laid out, the staff is highly professional, friendly, and really go out of their way to make the buying experience easy. Tim found the perfect van at the best price and Justin traveled to get it and Ian did the paper work and explained all of the bells and whistles on the van. The scary process of buying a new car was removed by these great guys at Landmark. It was a nice experience and I look forward to having the van serviced there even though I live 2 miles away from another Chrysler dealership. More
OMG! Joe Graves is the best! I went to the dealership to look at cars but because of Joe, I DROVE away in a 2012 Dodge Challenger! Not only was his customer service great, he was every knowledgeable and look at cars but because of Joe, I DROVE away in a 2012 Dodge Challenger! He had the answers to every question that my wife and I had ask him. He helps make Landmark Dodge very reputable, and the only dealership where I spend my money.
