This last visit marks my third auto purchased with Landmark Dodge, and true to form, I once again had a great experience. Of course, I have to give credit, where credit is due, and that would be to J Landmark Dodge, and true to form, I once again had a great experience. Of course, I have to give credit, where credit is due, and that would be to Joe Graves--Mr. Smooth, himself. My fiance was in a horrible deal on a 2008 Dodge Ram with over a 100K mile. Not only were the payments astronomical, but we did not find out until after the deal was closed, that the dealer in question did not report to credit agencies. This was hearbreaking since the only reason we decided to get the truck was to build up his credit. No worries, though, because less than 3 hours after we came to Landmark Dodge, Joe we drove off in a BRAND, SPANKING, NEW 2012 Dodge Ram with no money down and left that old truck and its bad deal behind us! If you are like me, and reading these reviews as part of the overall process to narrow down where you'll bring your business, then do yourself a favor and give Amy Wiley and the folks at Landmark a chance to earn your business. There are 6 other Dodge dealerships that are closer and more convenient to us, but the 1.5 hour drive down to their beautiful dealership was well worth it. In fact, a couple of those dealerships would benefit from seeing how Amy operates...her communication skills, both on the phone and especially in writing are excellent. My initial contact with sales associates from several local dealers was off-putting to say the least. First impressions still count for a lot in today's fast-paced/electronically driven society. Amy's honest, friendly and fair attitude was immediately apparent. This same approach was echoed by Joseph, the Finance Mgr. He was the most down to Earth and efficient "finance" person we have ever dealt with and has proven to us that it can all get done with a handshake and a smile. I will say that the "Dealer Prep" aspect of the same-day delivery could have been better, but it is very understandable considering this all took place on a Sunday, when most other dealerships are closed. Amy was also up front and apologetic about this issue, so it really was not a deal breaker for us. In closing, Amy Wiley and the staff at Landmark Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep right off of I-75 in Morrow were all truly a pleasure to work with and I am proud to say we are Landmark customers! More

Great experience overall and no problems. Rodney went the extra mile and helped me pick up a tow dolly for my Honda so that i didn't have to make another trip to pick up my old car.
