Based on her explanation of the diagnostic test, I replaced my battery and plan on purchasing new tire by the end of the year of my diagnostic test. Vic was kind yet professional. He answered all my questions as well as giving good advice with regaurd to service schedual. I came in because I thought I might have an alinement problem. I am giving the dealership all ratings of 5 because I was very impressed from the time I walked in the door. Joe Graves was outstanding! He was professional, persistant, determined, and paid attention to our very impressed from the time I walked in the door. Joe Graves was outstanding! He was professional, persistant, determined, and paid attention to our needs. I felt no pressure from him at all. He was very confident and knowledgeable about the various vehicles we looked at. Once he figured out what we really wanted, he zeroed in and made it happen. There was no way we were walking out the door without a vehicle. To be honest, we were in there just to see how roomy a Caliber was. The next thing I knew we were buying an Avenger. We wanted a vehicle with good gas mileage, looks nice, affordable, roomy, decent size trunk, automatic, and a great interest rate. He led us to the Avenger. I had never even heard of an Avenger. But the bottom line is, we walked out with everything we wanted in a vehicle and more. Each person we talked to, treated us like they wanted our business and was appreciative. Everything that we wanted or needed to know about was addressed. I would definitely refer people to Mr. Joe Graves. More
I began purchasing vehicles from Landmark in December of 2005.Overall the experience Everything has been great except for the following: The right rocker panel moulding flange broke ob my latest and thir 2005.Overall the experience Everything has been great except for the following: The right rocker panel moulding flange broke ob my latest and third new car purchase.Afer waiting for weeks for the moulding to come in I made a0700 appt with service writer Kevin for May 26th.I informed him that I would have to be at work at 0900.He said "no problem it doesn't take long to do and it's done in the service department not the body shop".I spoke with Kevin again the week of the 26th and again let him know that I had to be at work at 0900 the 26th...again "no problem".I was the first customer in the door and again reminded him that I had to go to work.After every other car was moved around I asked when they would get to mine.I was told it was being taken back now.When it was moved,it taken and put in the back of the Lub Line.I asked Kevin again when they would get to me and reminded him that I had to go to work.Again he said it it's going back now.About 20 minutes later I looked up and saw in the rear parking lot and thought it was done.When I looked at it it hadn't been touched except to be moved from one spot to another.I went back in and told Kevin that I had to leave and at that time they began the work.I was late to work.This incident was totally mishandled from start to finish.I had to wait for an authorization from Dodge to replace a defective part.I waited for a callback from a service manager that didn't come and one lie after another from a service writer...I couldn't believe that this was Landmark Dodge. More
